Markets We Serve

Markets We Serve

We like to consider ourselves generalists at Weber Consulting Consortium. No project is too big or too small or too unique for us to feel that we can make a meaningful contribution.

That said, every organization has areas of expertise in which their experience is greatest.

We understand these businesses and industries better than our competition:

Real Estate:

Development, Property Management (both Commercial and Residential), Leasing, Financing, et al. Mike is a licensed real estate salesperson in CT and has supported numerous real estate concerns throughout Connecticut since the inception of Weber Consulting. Bob Kent first worked on The Rauss Companies account as a CPA and has gone on to be the CEO of several real development companies in San Diego, CA.

Non-Profit Organizations:

Mike has worked for and with the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving since 1996, and has had the privilege of working with over 50 different not-for-profit organizations throughout Connecticut, ranging from Mental Health and Addiction Services to Affordable Housing to Childhood Education and Enrichment. Stephanie Belsky has spent the past 8 years developing social marketing campaigns for non-profits, often finding for-profit sponsors for major fundraising events. Bob Kent recently served as CFO for Community Resource Center of San Diego. We know non-profits!

Accounting:

Mike has worked with numerous Public Accounting firms throughout CT since the founding of Weber Consulting in 1988. Several of Mike’s largest accounts today are large regional accounting firms, with a wide variety of technology-based tools for both tax and audit. Bob Kent is a CPA in California for over 30 years.

Manufacturing & Distribution

We love clients that manufacture and distribute! We’ve successfully led nearly two dozen companies through the process of selecting ERP software, and helped many of them through the logistics of running parallel, training staff, troubleshooting and final cutover.
